Amy Sayle (4 April 1884-1970) was a health officer and Labour Party politician.

Born in Kensington, she trained in nursing and became a health visitor. A Member of the Socialist Health Association, she was one of the main protagonists in making the Women Sanitary Inspectors' and Health Visitors' Association into a registered trade union, affiliated to the TUC. She became the honorary organiser of the union and was awarded the MBE in the 1926 Birthday Honours.

At the 1925 London County Council elections she stood as a Labour candidate at Lambeth, Brixton in 1928 at Hackney Central and in 1931 at Camberwell, Dulwich, each time without without success. In 1934 she finally won a seat on the council at Lambeth, Kennington. She held the seat until 1946 when she became an alderman, stepping down in 1949.
