Edward Mann (2 March 1854 - 29 September 1943), from 1905 Sir Edward Mann, 1st Baronet of Thelveton Hall, was a brewer and local politician.
The son of Thomas Mann and Fanny Spence, Chairman of Mann, Crossman and Paulin Ltd, Brewers of Whitechapel. He was the first Mayor of Stepney in 1900-02.
