Baldwin

Frederick Alfred Baldwin (c.1855-1 March 1924) was Charter Mayor of Acton 1921-22. He had previously served as Chairman of Acton Urban District Council. He was described as a "retired launderer".[1] He had moved to Acton in 1905 and had been the proprietor of the Empire Steam Laundry.[2] [3]
