This is a list of people who held the office of Mayor of the Municipal Borough of Richmond, Surrey. The office was created in 1890 when the town was granted a charter of incorporation and abolished in 1965 when the area became part of the larger London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.

  21. Born 2 March 1884 in Jersey, subsequently lived in Western Australia before moving to London in the 1920s. Described as the director of a company of Fresh Fruit Distributors and Importers in the 1939 Register of England and Wales.
  22. Born 1880 in Plymouth, son of a furnishing salesman. Became a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors in 1920. He was engineer and surveyor for Brentford Urban District Council, retiring in 1927 when that council was merged with Chiswick Urban District. He died on 26 June 1952 aged 71, in Worthing.
