Reverend Rowland Taylor Plummer (1848-1914) was Church of England clergyman.
Educated at Pembroke College, Oxford, he was ordained as a deacon in 1872 and as a priest in 1873. He was appointed vicar of St Paul's, Stepney, in 1878.
Member of the London School Board, elected for Tower Hamlets 1891 1894.
