Sally Rachel Hamwee (born 12 January 1947), Baroness Hamwee, of Richmond upon Thames in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames since 1991, is a Liberal Democrat politician.

In 1978 she was elected to the Richmond upon Thames London Borough Council as a Liberal Party councillor representing Palewell Ward, and was re-elected four times (latterly as a Liberal Democrat) before standing down at the 1998 local elections. In 2000 she was elected as a London-wide member of the London Assembly and was re-elected in 2004, stepping down in 2008. She chaired the assembly on four occasions.
