Wilfred Eric Rice (25 May 1898 - 14 September 1979) was a businessman and local politician.

The son of Sir Frederick Gill Rice, sometime member of parliament for Harwich, he was educated at Dulwich College. During the First World War he jheld a commission in the 3rd London Regiment, and was severely wounded on the Western Front.

He entered the family business of Rice & Son, building contractors, in 1919. He rose to become chairman and governing director of the company.

In January 1945 he was appointed to Westminster City Council to fill a wartime vacancy as a councillor for St John ward. When elections resumed in November 1945 he was elected as a councillor for St Margaret Ward, holding the seat until 1959, when he became an alderman, leaving the council in 1962.

He was Mayor of Westminster for 1951-52, and represented the City of Westminster on the Metropolitan Water Board. He was awarded the OBE in 1942 and the CBE in 1948.
